You guys know that the computer was the most phenomenal and discovery of all time to date. The invention of the computer brings the development of information and communication technology is evolving rapidly, until recently how important computers in any human activity.
Almost in every activity of the world information and communication can not remove the user from the computer. But how do you know the history of the birth of the first computer to date?.
How a computer continue to evolve with increasing share in terms of sophistication to meet human needs are greatly increased till nowadays?.
A computer that we find today is an evolution of human inventions, Since ancient times in the form of mechanical and electronic tools. However the tools data processing tool also from ancient times since until now we can classify into 4 major groups.
1. manual Equipment
2. Mechanical Equipment
3. mechanical Electronic Equipment
4. Electronic equipment
1. manual Equipment: Namely data processing equipment is very simple, in the use of tools is by using human hands.
2. Mechanical Equipment: the equipment that is already in the mechanical movement shaped by hand manually.
3. mechanical Electronic Equipment: mechanical equipment in movement by automatically by electronic motors.
4. Electronic equipment: the equipment works electronically.
The computer comes from the name "To Compute" which means counting. At first the computer is a tool to calculate, then the history of the development of the computer could not be separated from the history of calculators. Thousands of years ago (B.c.) in China found the tool calculate simple called sampoa (Abacus). Abacus is the birth of the computer would make sense.
In 1617 John Napier creates a Logarithmic method called Abacus. This tool can be used to do work. Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and Division.
